Thistle Pass Farm began in 2023 and is located in Millerton, NY.
We grow a diverse array veggies (and more) using organic seed, soil + compost.
We employ regenerative growing practices to ensure the highest quality + most nutritious produce.
The varieties grown at the farm are carefully chosen with flavor as a guiding force.
